


Submission Guidelines
General Instructions
- 
All submissions must be original and unpublished. They should not be under review or consideration by any other journal at the time of submission.
 - 
Research Papers, Short Articles, and Case notes or legislative comments must be accompanied by an abstract (150–250 words).
 - 
A maximum of three authors are allowed per manuscript.
 - 
A plagiarism limit of up to 20% is permissible. Submissions exceeding this limit will be rejected.
 - 
Authors are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from their submission, including those related to copyright infringement, defamation, or objectionable content.
 - 
While word limits are prescribed for each category, minor flexibility may be permitted depending on the depth and quality of content.
 
Formatting Guidelines
- 
The first page should include:
- 
Title of the manuscript
 - 
Full name of the author
 - 
Institutional affiliation (if applicable)
 - 
Abstract
 
 - 
 - 
The main body of the manuscript should begin on the second page.
 - 
Manuscripts should follow the formatting below:
- 
Font: Times New Roman
 - 
Font Size: 12 pt (Main Text), 10 pt (Footnotes), 14 pt (Hadings)
 - 
Line Spacing: 1.5 (Main Text), 1.0 (Footnotes)
 - 
Citation Style: The Bluebook (19th or 20th edition)
 - 
Margins: Standard 1-inch on all sides

Submission Process
