Types of Submissions Accepted
VicharSetu welcomes original and unpublished manuscripts from academicians, legal professionals, researchers, and students. We aim to provide a credible platform for diverse voices and critical thinking in the field of law and allied disciplines. Submissions are accepted under three main categories: Research papers, Short articles, and Case notes or legislative comments.

Research papers (4,000–8,000 words)
It expected to provide a detailed and scholarly exploration of a legal or interdisciplinary issue. Such submissions should be analytical, well-reasoned, and grounded in thorough research. Authors are encouraged to identify gaps in existing legal frameworks, engage with academic discourse, and propose meaningful reforms or novel insights. Theoretical or empirical approaches are equally welcome, provided the argument is coherent and supported with appropriate references.

Short articles (1,500–3,000 words)
It meant for concise yet insightful discussions on focused legal topics. These pieces should offer a clear position or perspective, supported by critical analysis. The aim is to bring fresh thinking or reinterpretation of known issues in a compact and engaging manner, while still adhering to academic standards.

Case notes and legislative comments (1,000–2,500 words)
It focus on contemporary judicial decisions, legislative changes, or policy developments. Submissions in this category should critically analyze the issue at hand, trace its legal background, and assess its broader implications. Case notes may comment on how a judgment shapes legal understanding, while legislative or policy comments should examine the intent, scope, and probable impact of the change proposed or enacted.
All submissions must be original, well-cited, and written in a formal academic tone. At VicharSetu, we value clarity, critical thought, and academic honesty in all contributions.
