




Publication Process
At VicharSetu, we aim to maintain a simple, efficient, and transparent publication process. The entire journey—from submission to publication and issuance of certificates—usually takes 2 to 7 working days.
Step-by-Step Process:
Step 1: Submission via Email
Authors must submit their manuscripts via email only to our official email address: [insert email ID here]. Submissions through any other platform will not be considered.
Step 2: Acknowledgement of Submission
Once the manuscript is received, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the author(s) confirming the receipt of their work.
Step 3: Editorial Review
All submissions undergo a thorough editorial review to assess originality, structure, relevance, and overall quality. (You can read more about our review standards on our official platforms.)
Step 4: Selection Notification
If selected, the author(s) will receive an acceptance email with instructions for the next steps.
Step 5: Payment of Publication Fee
Upon acceptance, the author(s) are required to pay a publication/processing fee. Payment details and the exact fee amount will be shared in the acceptance email.
Step 6: Publication
After successful payment, the manuscript will be published in the upcoming issue of VicharSetu and uploaded to our official journal platform.
Step 7: Certificate and Publication Link
Following publication, a soft copy of the publication certificate and the official publication link will be sent to the author(s) via email.
